PDO Thread Lift (Mini Facelift)

Tighten Sagging Face or Body Skin with the PDO Thread Lift!

Get excited about a younger you with the PDO Thread Lift, a quick, non-surgical alternative to a facelift that tightens and tones loose, sagging skin. PDO (polydioxanone) threads are used to lift the skin around the face, neckline, and other areas of the body for a younger, healthier appearance.

PDO synthetic fibers are one of the most popular and highly effective treatments available and the results are immediate.

PDO THREAD LIFT

The PDO Thread Lift is unique because patients will actually see their results improve over time. Because the threads used actually stimulate collagen production, the immediate improvement seen directly after the procedure will get better and better as the new collagen develops over the next two to six months. The threads will gradually dissolve about 4 to 6 months after the procedure, and the resulting lift will remain.

"After one week with the PDO Thread Lift, I could see the skin in my neck was smoother and tighter. When I look in the mirror I love what I see. Dr, Satchi did such a fantastic job! - Marcia, New Milford, CT

"I have been coming to Dr. Satchi for years for my OB/GYN care, but recently started coming in for a few SmartLipo treatments of which I have had terrific results. I also decided on some Botox and been delighted with that as well. Plus, he is extremely gentle, with little or no discomfort. I just want to say that Dr. Satchi and his staff are wonderful in every way. I am so very happy with the way I am treated during all my visits, and so pleased with how I’m looking. I highly recommend this practice for all your Aesthetic needs and concerns."

FAQ’S

HOW DOES PDO THREAD LIFT WORK?

The PDO Thread Lift effectively tightens sagging skin on the face and body, erasing wrinkles and increasing collagen production. It also improves overall skin texture, tone, pigmentation, pores, and laxity.

WHAT AREAS CAN BE TREATED WITH THE PDO THREAD LIFT?

  • Face

  • Jowls

  • Nasolabial folds

  • Marionette lines

  • Brow and forehead lift for droopy eyebrows

  • Neck & cleavage skin furrows

  • Breast firming & shaping

  • Hands, arms, thighs, abdomen

HOW LONG DOES THE PDO THREAD LIFT LAST?

Studies have shown that results can last between 1 to 1½ years. However, results can vary depending on the patient’s age at the time of treatment, the quality of the skin, the degree of sagging and the number of threads used.

WHAT IS THE DOWNTIME AFTER THE TREATMENT?

Usually 1 to 2 days. Some patients may experience slight swelling, but this is highly variable and only lasts 1 to 3 days.

WHEN DO YOU SEE RESULTS?

There is immediate improvement seen after the procedure with a visible lift in the areas treated. This will continue to improve over a period of 2 to 6 months as new collagen develops between the threads and gives further lifting and tightening to the skin. The PDO threads gradually dissolve over 4 to 6 months, but the resulting lift remains.

WHO IS A GOOD CANDIDATE FOR THIS TREATMENT?

Men and women who are experiencing wrinkles on the forehead, drooping of the brow, sagging of the mid and lower face, visible jowls, and loose skin on the neck.

CAN YOU SEE OR FEEL THE THREADS AFTER A PDO THREAD LIFT?

You cannot see the threads after receiving them. Very rarely the threads may be felt slightly, but this is only temporary.
